We currently collect and process the following information:

• We use Google Analytics website usage data to help us improve our website. 
•  You have registered with us using the form and we need the personal information as part of the registration process

Your information is securely stored.

We securely store Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) submitted through email to allow us to answer any enquiries.  This information is stored and disposed on according to company procedure.

We securely store Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) submitted through any forms for 7 days. 

After this time the information is deleted.

A copy is securely submitted to Capital City Partnership teams or Mailchimp to allow your request to be processed. This information is stored and disposed on according to company procedure.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
