We offer support to both local and national employers with their recruitment through a number of ways including:

• Advertising job vacancies with our large client base 
• Providing space for hosting interviews and assessment days
• Supporting with job matching
• CV Sifting
• Guidance on job descriptions and job adverts

We have strong relationships with local partners in North Edinburgh and can connect employers with them through events and networking. Support can be further provided in identifying opportunities within North Edinburgh as part of employer community benefit initiatives.

We work with employers to set up work placements with our clients, allowing them to gain relevant industry experience.  

Our community job fairs run four times a year in Edinburgh to connect communities and industry. 

Our Vocational Training Framework (VTF) collaborates with businesses to run sector based training for clients in order to prepare them for entry-level vacancies. Our courses are designed to complement employer recruitment practice and be an effective, alternative way to bring the right people into your business.
